This End User License Agreement ("Agreement" or "EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User," "You," or "Licensee") and Simy Dev Labs LLC, a company incorporated under the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States ("Licensor," "We," or "Us"), governing your use of the MintPDF Desktop Application and related documentation (collectively, the "Software").
By downloading, installing, activating, or using the Software, You agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If You do not agree to the terms, You must not install or use the Software.
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and upon payment of applicable license fees, Simy Dev Labs LLC grants You a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the Software on the number of devices permitted under your purchase plan.
This license is for personal or internal business use only. You may make one copy of the Software for backup purposes, provided that such copy retains all proprietary notices.
The Software and all related materials, including but not limited to source code, design, user interface, graphics, and documentation, are owned and copyrighted by Simy Dev Labs LLC and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.
This Agreement does not transfer ownership of the Software or any related intellectual property to You. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Simy Dev Labs LLC.
You shall not, and shall not permit others to:
Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your license and potential legal action.
Each license key provided by Simy Dev Labs LLC is unique and tied to your purchase. You may not share or distribute your license key publicly or privately.
Simy Dev Labs LLC reserves the right to deactivate or revoke any license key found to be used fraudulently, shared, or otherwise in violation of this Agreement.
Simy Dev Labs LLC may periodically provide software updates, patches, or enhancements ("Updates"). Updates are provided at our discretion and may include feature improvements, bug fixes, or security enhancements.
Use of Updates shall remain subject to this EULA, unless accompanied by a separate license agreement.

Your use of the Software is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://MintPDF.app/privacy. MintPDF does not upload or transmit your processed PDF files to any server. All PDF processing occurs locally on your device.
Personal data such as your name, email address, and license details may be collected only for account and license management purposes.
This Agreement is effective upon installation or use of the Software and remains in force until terminated. Simy Dev Labs LLC may terminate this Agreement immediately without notice if you fail to comply with any term herein.
Upon termination, You must cease all use of the Software, destroy all copies, and delete any associated files.
Termination does not entitle You to any refund, except where required by applicable law.
The following sections shall survive termination of this Agreement: Ownership and Intellectual Property (Section 2), Restrictions (Section 3), Disclaimer of Warranties (Section 8), Limitation of Liability (Section 9), Indemnification (Section 10), Governing Law (Section 11), and any payment obligations incurred prior to termination.
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. Simy Dev Labs LLC expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to:
Use of the Software is at your own risk. We make no guarantees that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simy Dev Labs LLC, its owners, developers, contractors, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any damages or losses whatsoever arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to:
In no event shall Simy Dev Labs LLC's total cumulative liability exceed the amount paid by You for the Software license.
You acknowledge that You voluntarily assume all risks associated with using the Software and fully release Simy Dev Labs LLC from any and all claims, damages, or legal actions.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Simy Dev Labs LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute or claim arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Minnesota.
You agree not to export or re-export the Software or any part thereof in violation of U.S. export control laws and regulations.
If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by law.
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between You and Simy Dev Labs LLC concerning the Software and supersedes any prior oral or written agreements, representations, or understandings.

We may offer beta, preview, or experimental features within the Software marked as such. These features are provided for testing purposes only, without any warranty, and may be changed, discontinued, or removed at any time without notice. Use of beta features is entirely at your own risk and may be subject to additional terms we may provide.
